“Why advertising products you can't supply. There's no technical reason for not saying that the product is out of stock, not doing it makes people waste their time, especially when you can't even provide a date when it's going to be available. It is really annoying, nobody seems to be holding stock of anything and in some case they don't have a feed from whoever holds the stock. Either sell what you have in stock or get a feed from your supplier so you can tell your customer if a product is available or not.”

Unfortunately with the lack of raw materials and the coronavirus pandemic there has been a lot of pressure on manufacturers and the production of paint in 2021. We will look into our processes with how stock is managed and find a solution to prevent any further discrepancies. “Ordered 7 tubs of Glixton e18 paint and 3 were solid. Got in touch with the company and they were extremely apologetic and sent out another 3 tubs within 2 days. Brilliant customer service would recommend to anyone.”

“the patio paint has covered so well, will it last??? we hope so lovely pale grey colour had very bad abortive try with another paint different company peeled off within a week. only been completed 10 days but looks very different so fingers crossed for durability.”

“Super fast delivery actually received next day. Orders 5lts red driveway paint, goes on nicely with a roller with handle, the 5lts just cover a small car length so would advise 2 tins if you want to give a second coat, I don't. Would highly recommend thank you for excellent trouble free ordering online. 10/10”

“I searched for a long time to find a paint that was durable for outside concrete. I found the sales team very helpful and paint turned up the next day. I've followed instructions and results look great. Not sure how it will fair in bad weather, but time will tell.”
