“Really good service delivered on time kept well informed of delivery, bit disappointed with this delivery ,although well packed both lids on both tins of paint were badly dented . Haven’t used this delivery as yet but previous paint ordered is excellent.”

“Promain send my product but i have never recieved it. It was tracked via fedex but i never ever saw it. It is like pulling teeth trying to speak to these courier companies”

“It's rare in today's climate you get such exemplary customer service. The courier sent me on a merry dance (FED EX). Lee Browns service went way and beyond what I'm used to from some suppliers. Suffice to say i will use promain in future and cant thank Lee and his colleague Frankie Knight enough.”

“Our painter has just finished repairing cracks and painting the render with Bedec flexible paint. He says it is excellent paint and should protect the render for several years. I will have to wait and see, but hopefully it has solved our problem of hairline cracks and slight house settlement.”

“I orderded 6 x 20l Blue and 1 x 20l Gren paint, I have only recieved 3 Blue and 1 green, not recieved another date for the 3 20l, I have paid in full, wish I had not do so, very poor service”

Hi Mark, thanks you for your feedback. I have looked in to this for you and can see that we did call and had advised that unfortunately, not all items were in stock at that time. We therefore offered the options to either wait and send the whole order complete, or that we could split the delivery so that the stocked items were despatched in advance, with the balance due to arrive the following week. According to our records, this order was split in to the two deliveries as you had requested. Whilst the vast majority of our orders are despatched immediately, there are unfortunately occasions when stock can be delayed, and in those cases we would try to offer solutions such as split deliveries or alternative products, however, we do understand that this can be frustrating. We can see that your order has been completed and hope that you have now been able to complete your project. Once again we would like to thank you for your feedback.
