“I like this product very much and have tried many others . The saturating oil gives a Matt/ dewy finish to my Ipe decking . This year it had 4 coats it was drinking it due to us stripping it back this year . The result is beautiful . Not the cheapest but the best finish I have achieved with any decking oil .”

“I couldn't find a supplier of the Bedec paint that had a good range of colours. So I called the main office and the lady there was incredibly helpful and sent me a number of samples free of charge. These enable me to make the right choice for painting my outside office. Great customer service.”

“Order of 5m of over bonding tape arrived on time measured it. it came in at 4m80 not a problem as i did need a lot more but product was good and worked well”

Hi, Thank you for contacting us concerning this. We have checked several rolls that we have in stock here and all of them are just slightly over 5m. However, we have also contacted the manufacturer as we wanted to be sure that this could not happen again, and they have assured us that they use a high-tech cutting machine that will not allow cuts below 5m. It appears that you have somehow received a faulty roll, for which we do apologise, and as a gesture of goodwill we are happy to supply you with a new full roll free of charge by way of compensation. If you would like to take up this offer then do please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you.
