“The paint we ordered wasn't available for next day delivery, however we had a call to inform us that it was being delivered directly to us. Indeed it turned up a day earlier than what we expected. Brilliant service, and was good to be keep informed. Highly recommend the company, and we will order from them again.”

“Having called to find if a product was available and told it would deliver the following day I placed an order with Promain (it was an urgent requirement). The following day I called to confirm it would deliver only to be told it had missed the courier and wouldn't arrive until the following day in the afternoon. They didnt think to inform me it wouldnt arrive and the I was told I could pay extra to have it delivered before midday, even though it was their fault it hadn't delivered. Finding this unacceptable I was handed to a manager who informed me that he would only believe I was told next day delivery when he went back and listened to the recorded phone calls and that he wouldn't have time till the end of the day (which was far too late for me to organise an alternative). To insinuate that your customer is a liar is pretty poor customer service. There are hundreds of paint suppliers in the UK - I'd recommend you use any of them over Promain.”

“You provided a very prompt turnaround for the product. Unfortunately, FedEx messed up. They delivered to totally the wrong property - the School House attached to the local primary school. The ironic thing is to do this they would have had to park directly outside our house which clearly has the Church Farm Close sign displayed and if the driver could have been bothered to walk 10 yards up the close he would have seen the house sign for Church Farm!”

“Flag non slip polyurethane floor paint. An excellent hard wearing floor paint that covers very well and is easy to apply. Promain supplied the paint very well packaged, it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. All this at a very competitive price. I am happy to recommend this company. Thanks to all concerned and I look forward to doing business with Promain in future.”

“We were advised to buy Bedec barn paint for our new summer house.We were unable to source this locally so we ordered this from Promain.Ordered this late Wednesday and it arrived Friday at 9.00am very securely packed with tin packaged in robust cardboard box.This maybe the only specialist paint we will ever order but highly satisfied with this company and paint was incredible.”

“Ordering and selection was easy but it should state that Vat is added at the end. Bearing in mind the cost, it would be helpful to be able to purchase small colour sample tins before committing to a full order. Delivery was next day and although the outer box was undamaged, one of the 5x Litre tins was badly dented and the bottom rim buckled. still putting on the diluted first coat but coverage good and the outbuildings already look like new again. Overall very happy with the purchase.”
