“The paint is excellent and arrived well packaged and safely. The only issue we had is the delivery which took over 5 days to arrive although we paid a premium courier charge. On phoning we were told that the product had to be ordered in and wasn’t in stock as indicated on the website. We weren’t kept informed of this. Great paint when it arrives.”

Unfortunately, the product you had ordered was out of stock, however, further stock had already been ordered, but again this took slightly longer than normal to reach you due to the August Bank Holiday. “Firstly I phoned for advice and the gentleman was extremely helpful. I called again when ordering and the sales team were lovely! I'm not a painter but between the great customer service, excellent prices and online advice etc I have no hesitation in recommending Promain - in fact, I already have!”

“I've used Promain numerous times in the past to order Owatrol products to use on my garden decking. The products are excellent and they always provide a very good customer service, though sadly like everything else there has been a big hike in prices and delivery charges in comparison to what they were a few years ago.”
