“I had an amazing experience with these guys yesterday! Victor, the technician who came to clean my carpets, was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. He paid close attention to detail, making sure every corner of the room was spotless. My carpets look brand new, and the entire house smells fresh! Victor was friendly and took the time to explain the process, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Prolux, especially if you get Victor as your technician! Great service overall.”

“I've been using them for 3 years already and they always do a good job. Always on time, very polite and courteous. The booking process via Whatsapp is super easy, you can book literally within 5 minutes. The technician Tisho who came the other day, did a good job cleaning the carpets. They are now well cleaned and they smell amazing.”

“I just had a carpet cleaning done with the cleaner Simon and I am so impressed. He was a little early, however, he called us to let us know, which wasn't a problem. Simon was very polite, informative, tidy and respectful. When he came he explained the entire process and told us what to expect. He said that not all the stains can come out. Once he was done and we were called to check, I was amazed! All of the stains have come out, and believe me, they ware many. He exceeded our expectations. The carpets now look spotless and they smell great. We will definitely use them again!! Thank you Simon!!”

“We called prolux for the first time back in the spring to clean the carpets in two bedrooms. We had some stains accumulated over the previous 5 months when we got a puppy. they did a great job and stains were completely removed. A few months later, very weirdly all stains started reappearing (no source of new stains whatsoever so these were exactly the same stains which they cleaned in the spring). We called them again and explained what happened - they had no explanation how come but we decided to ask them to come again and just do the same as the first time and clean the carpets again. This time though stains became far more visible after their visit and carpets are basically destroyed. We tried to complain and ask them to either come back and try again or offer some other solution. The person who presented himself as the "manager" was extremely unhelpful and basically explained they cant and dont want to do anything. STRONGLY ADVISING AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY - EXTREMELY POOR, ARROGANT AND IMPOLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Unskilled labour. Just applied soap water and rubbed leather chairs. Even the hair stuck on the chairs weren't removed after cleaning. Cleaned 4 leather chairs in 30 minutes. They demand payment in advance.”

“I’m was very happy with the final result of the carpet & mattress cleaning. There was a big brown stain by the door that I tried to clean with a famous carpet cleaner, the end result gave me a new carpet again! Yanko was very professional and I was shocked with the colour of the water after he finished the job!! Excellent service. Highly recommendable.”

“The technician placed the wet cushions back onto the sofa, which then became stained by the sofa base. They disclaim all responsibility having trashed the sofa. Do not use. Technician did not speak a word of English making communication impossible”

“I tried to book this company to clean my oven . Having only corresponded by email they insisted that I pay the full amount in advance , despite the fact that their website states payment in completion. I enquired what would happen if they didn’t show up or I’d I was unhappy with the job they did. They stated that they don’t have a refund policy! Needless to say I won’t be using them .”
