They came on a Sunday, which was super helpful because I work during the week and don’t have much time to deal with stuff like this. The guy who came was polite and professional. He didn’t waste time, but he also made sure everything was done properly. My mattress had some old stains and was starting to smell a bit musty, but now it’s fresh and clean, like new.
