“The staff at Proline Skates were very informative in helping me make a final choice on which stakes would best suit my two boys. From the website it was hard to see the difference in our shortlist of models but they talked me through the differences and were very honest in their advice - last year's model was the same as the new one but cheaper! When the skates arrived one pair were the wrong model but after a single phone call to the shop they couriered the correct pair for next day delivery and collected the wrong pair. Overall excellent service.”

“Good service and prompt delivery but inside the deck there was a line where the paint hadn't covered which for the money I thought it should be perfect. My boy saw it straight away but was too desperate to get on it that he chose not to return it. We would still use you again though as I'm sure it would have been dealt with no questions had we pursued it. Thanks guys, the Cardiff store has fab staff too”
