“I am actually Penny Eames, mother in law of Olivia, to whom I sent the two pairs of skates, that will be given to my two grandchildren for Christmas. The whole operation was smooth, efficient and successful. It was a very easy for me, living in the depths of Cornwall, to have them delivered (for free!) to my family in Solihull in the Midlands, for which I am very grateful. They were delivered on time, after a tracking update, from the time I ordered them, to the time they reached their destination. Very efficient. Keep up the good work!”

“I've recently purchased the Alpha Junior Boys Inline Skates by Rollerblade. Ordering and delivery where superb. The skates themselves are exactly as described although much smaller than expected. My son is shoe size 5 but has the skates on size 7 (maximum). No problems though. Very happy.”

“Delivery was good and on time but..... I ordered a size 7 and I recived a 7.5 with the .5 blacked out with a marker pen!! Not being funny but I don't think sizing works like that!!! You should at least state it in the size choice box!”

Tracking was a bit of a nightmare as there had been no updates for 5 days and the item appeared, however, I appreciate that this was down to the carrier and to be fair the item was no that late in arriving.”
