“Fantastic choice of Roller Skates with great description, made choosing a lot easier. Super speedy delivery with DPD, great courier company. I bought these roller skates for my husband, he was really pleased with them, just has to remember how to skate now as its been over 30 years!”

Hi there, We are very sorry you feel this way. Looking at your order, you ordered at 16:53pm on Friday 3rd August. Our cut off for next day delivery is 3pm as stated on our website. This meant your order was processed and sent out on Monday, as orders are not processed over the weekend, for delivery Tuesday which I can see it was received @ 11:47am on the Tuesday.

“We received the wrong scooter for my daughter. My parents and 9 year old daughter opened the package, saw a purple JD Bug and set about using the scooter. When I went to throw the package away I noticed that the wrong scooter had been sent. Proline Skates refunded the difference in the cost of the scooter straight away but I had to push to get a measly £5 compensation as they wouldn't take the scooter back since my daughter had used it already. So now we have a scooter suitable for a 4+ year old instead of an 8+ year old (so smaller and won't last as long) and since my daughter paid for the scooter with her own birthday money, she gets the refund + £5 (so £16 in total) which she'll probably put towards the right scooter (purchased elsewhere!). Apparently the staff member who sent the wrong scooter 'got a grilling' - well that's alright then! We just assumed that we'd get the right scooter! silly us! One very disappointed 9 year old! IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY CHECK WHAT YOU'VE BEEN SENT BEFORE YOU USE IT!!!”

Hi there, We are very sorry you feel this way. As we stated in our e-mail response, had the scooter been unused we would have exchanged it straight away for you but we are unable to exchange used items as they would no longer sellable. We have refunded the difference in price between the two scooters plus an additional £5 refund. The scooter you have received will extend right up to 845mm whereas the 120 will extend to 870mm which is only a 25mm difference.

“Having tried to buy a scooter from Halfords, I was most impressed by the speed of your response. Halfords quoted 7 days for delivery, Proline delivered to Yorkshire the next day. Very good service, thoroughly recommended.”

“Very, very. Impressive. A delight to do business with. Proline skates must have received my order and sorted, packed and shipped it almost immediately. PROLINE SKATES, in my opinion have set the benchmark in customer service that all other businesses should try to emmulate. I and my grandson are two very happy Proline customers. Thank you”

“Heelys were a great purchase for 8yr old birthday present, only been used for one day so cannot comment on life of the lights but so far so good! The lights are really bright...my only concern was the box was damaged on arrival and looked very scruffy which was disappointing as it was a present but overall happy with purchase and speedy delivery”

“Excellent service guys, thank you so much. I had ordered washer cleaner, bones speed cream and a bones washer bottle on next day delivery. I missed the call from you saying that you had run out of the cleaner but one of your guys left a message saying: I can see you were on a next day delivery so it must be important, I've substituted the cleaner for a cheaper (but just as effective) alternative, we've refunded the difference to your card and shipped so it will be with you tomorrow, no worries. Thanks for taking the initiative! Very happy customer!”
