“I placed an order online with no problems, one of my items was out of stock but received a phone call from the shop to let me know this and the alternatives that were available to me to be sent out with my order (blue blade covers instead of black) It’s little touches like this that make a difference in my opinion, they could of just refunded me or sent a different colour without telling me, but they didn’t, they kept me in the loop. Excellent customer service!”
