“Good products, good prices, good service. I did have an issue with the wrong size skates being despatched (the box I received was labelled correctly, but the skates inside were the wrong size). It was sorted out easily and quickly, with good communication from the customer service team - the replacement skates were despatched straight away and received promptly. Free DPD return label sent so I can return the original skates. Mistakes can be made, more importantly the problem was rectified efficiently and I am happy with the goods and service I received.”

“The ordering and delivery of the skates was fine, but having to pay to return, not good at all (nearly £5 to try on a pair of skates) While buying online is easy, however you obviously cannot try on for comfort and hence are reliant totally on the image, so likelihood of a return very high Would order further products if return was free”

“Easy to use website. Fast dispatch and delivery. Just a shame their range and stock of inline and ice hockey states is limited as I would have liked have been able to complete my order in one place. Being a skate size 8.5 EE (or new Bauer fit 2), I could not find anything in my size under £350. The same with a pair of soft knee pads with a strap, except in this there was no option available period.”
