“If I could give them a zero, I would. Ordered the lovely Moxi Ivy Jungle skates, which are stunning. Website said a UK3 which they said was a moxi 5. I didn't think anything of it until going onto the actual Moxi brand website where their size guide says a UK size 3 is a moxi 4. Proline skates got defensive and have since refused a refund or return due to them being opened. I emailed Moxi and they confirmed that a UK 3 would be a moxi 4. So Proline Skates are falsely advertising sizing and do not bother to reply to further emails.”

“Product (Blunt Envy Prodigy X stunt scooter) is awesome with one very happy lad. I was very dissapointed to find the security seals on the product box all open as there was no reason for this, and this upsets me. Had the scooter had any marks or obvious use I would have returned at that price, but it was fine! Thank you for a quick delivery and simple transaction.”

“Visited in store last week to buy my two sons their first pair of inline skates to use on the ramps at skate parks. I had no idea what I was looking for and thankfully the guy working in the shop saved me from buying the wrong type of skates, which could have resulted in a nasty accident and more likely a trip to A&E! (I didn't realise fitness skates aren't designed for ramps!) One pair in stock, and one needed to be ordered from suppliers, which he said he'd put on next day delivery to my home as soon as they were received in store. Extremely knowledgeable, helped kit us out with relevant safety gear, gave advice on where to go to practise skating, and also people to follow in the local area for inspiration. All in all a great experience and I'd definitely recommend to anyone needing a bit of guidance!”
