“I used to buy from here when I skated almost a decade ago. I remember a problem with my order and their comms and service were on the pulse. Fast forward 10 years an issue with supplier due to Brexit etc and again, comms and service to the exact same standard. Fair effort! Ordering and getting things delivered is a bit of a haste right now, but being kept informed each way helps negotiate some of the faff. See you in another 10 years!”

I chose to wait and they kept in touch to let me know the progress. Not overboard, just enough to keep me in the loop. Because of the delay, they upgraded my shipping from regular to DHL and I just got them this morning and couldn't be happier. Packed nicely and got everything I ordered in perfect condition.
