“Ordered some Heelys for my son's 10th birthday after he said he was keen on them. They were ordered easily and I experienced an exceptional delivery service prompting a time of delivery, etc. Unfortunately they were unsuitable for my boy and I rang to arrange a return and refund. This was agreed on the spot and the guy I spoke to agreed that it was no problem to return them. I did so at no cost to me and was promptly refunded back to my card. I could not ask for a better service, even though we ended up with no purchase. I would heartily recommend this company.”
