“Very poor customer service, can't get in touch with them, tried to cancel my order, no response, I ordered something for $12.96, my total on the invoice said $20.21, I looked at mybank statement, it said $31.76. No response to e-mail I sent them, I feel totally ripped off with no recourse. I hope someonefrom the company reads this and does something about it. Will never ever order from them again...”

The order total was £20.21 hence why it was more in dollars. You had asked us to the cancel the order 7 hours after it had been shipped, as this was sent Royal mail we are unable to stop a parcel once it has left us, especially international orders which are sorted then loaded onto a plane. You are more than welcome to return the item for a refund if you do not require the item anymore.

“really good service cheap for top branded skates, skate wise the bauer supremes 170 are incredible, comfortable and perfect fit for my feet, had a 9 when I'm a 10, the hold the ice nicely and have full control”

“Very good service - I rung the warehouse (friendly) to check about ordering to make sure my goods came on a day I'd be in and they cam e on the correct day - 2 working days after ordering - on the free 2-4 day service. Goods ordered are as expected - slight damage to boxes though - from packaging not protecting them enough a shame as for a present for my son.”
