“Really great support when my son was constructing his own custom scooter. I received a telephone call from Proline advising me that the handle bars we had chosen wouldn't fit the deck. So we chose different handle bars which we were advised would fit. Really impressed so will definitely use Proline again for this reason. Goods arrived on the date specified.”

“Rang and spoke with the staff at Proline as I was not quite sure what I was looking for, the gentleman was very helpful. I placed my order online and it was delivered swiftly. The product its self is just what I ordered and I couldn't be happier. Overall I am pleased and would definitely recommend and purchase from them again.”

“I ordered 2 sets of scooter wheels for presents the wheels are fine but the packaging was a disgrace they look like something from a car boot that was left in the shed for two years split one was not even connect to cardboard it is a shame as delivery was good but I will not be buying again or recomending you. If it was not so much of a hassle I would change instead I will just explain about them to the two boys we are giving them to . If they were on the shelf I would not have even picked them up .”

“ProlineSkates are excellent! Ordered a pair of Heelys online for our grandson, from France, on a Thursday lunchtime and received them here on Monday morning! Had to phone before ordering just to check returns policy over Christmas in case they didn't fit and customer service was excellent - prompt, courteous and very helpful. Why can't more companies be like this, especially with international customers! Thank you ProlineSkates!”

“I am dissapointed that you charge for postage to the IOW. I purchased a scooter on Friday with a 10% discount as found this being the cheapest site I could get it from, it states on your homepage that UK postage is free when you spend over a certain amount. I did, however I got charged £11.95 for postage. Yes I know I am on the IOW, however this is still classed as UK postage, it is not the channel islands, it costs the same to post to the IOW as it does to anywhere else on mainland UK. This then meant my actual saving was 99p, I wish now I had gone elsewhere”

Im sorry you feel this way. Our couriers class Isle of Wight as an Offshore Isle which incurs additional postage. This is the same for most couriers.

“Bought as a Christmas present for my 5 year old grandson. Good price and I am very pleased with the total buying experience. Delivery was much faster than expected, (less than 24 hours) and we were even given a one hour delivery slot with the option to change if not convenient. My first purchase from Proline but I would have not hesitation in using them again.”

“I had a great experience ordering from the company. The staff were very helpful. I was lucky to find exactly what I was looking for rollerblades for my mother and accessories that match perfectly too boot! The delivery was promt and I appreciate the service provided with next day delivery where you can track your order and get a one hour time slot. I would definitely use pro skates again.”
