“J'ai commandé les Roller Quad luscious summer indiqués disponible sur le site et toujours indiqué disponible dailleurs mais qui ne le sont plus du tout donc plusieurs jours après avoir passé commande je reçois un mail en me demandant d'en choisir d'autres ou alors qu'ils me rembourse je suis déçue car c'est vraiment cette couleur que je voulais mais le service client à ete génial et très réactif et deux jours plus tard j'avais mes super Roller Quad j'ai pris ma taille habituel et j'ai bien fait sinon ça aurait été trop petit je fais du 39 j'ai pris du 39 enfin taille 6 voila une étoile en moins car ils sont marqués disponible mais le reste au top”

“Ordered heelys late on a bank holiday Monday and they arrived Wednesday afternoon which was excellent, also was the same delivery price as there standard delivery for it to arrive quicker. Heelys are excellent and my daughter loves the free stickers. I would definitely recommend and use myself again.”

“Really good website, clear and easy to use. Really good communication and very fast standard delivery although was disappointed when I took them to get them sharpened ready for my daughter to use. The man who was sharpening them took all the protective packaging off and the one blade had dents in it, also the blades aren't straight which made it tricky for him to sharpen properly. I asked if it was a safety issue to which he said no. As they were a birthday present for a few days later and are only for occasional recreational use I decided to keep them and he has managed to sharpen out most of the dents. Completely understand that this is a manufacturers fault and not the stores but may be useful to check goods before they are dispatched.”

“Excellent would be a truer score! Bought some Warrior senior player shells, XL, for my goaltender son who wears Bauer medium pants. They fit perfectly, and the quality cannot be faulted. (Rule of thumb: If you want a player shell for a goalie, go two sizes up. Typically, though, for goalie-specific shells, go just one size up from the actual pants size.) At less than £20 the Warrior shell is an absolute bargain. My lad was quoted £98 for a basic cover from a specialist kit-maker in Germany, in just one colour, and with no numbers. He also bought fairly recently a player shell at a London ice rink at £35. (He likes to play in the outfield at times.) It's a no-brainer when you do the maths. The parcel was delivered on time. All-in-all, top marks for Proline Skates. I'll be back.”
