“The skates were bought as a present for my granddaughter. I originally came into contact with proline skates when, on holiday in Cardiff, I went into the shop there to ask for advice. A very knowledgeable sales person ( sorry, don’t know her name) talked me through the best options for an 8 year old and gave me a card with the website as I had realised I needed accurate measurements before buying. As an old person I don’t usually cope well with websites but I found this one easy to negotiate . The service was swift and efficient, keeping me informed at all points.”

We are very sorry you feel our postage is expensive. We charge £3.95 for next day courier delivery, which you selected, this is actually cheaper than it costs us to send the item with our courier.
