“Extremely efficient. Skateboard could have been delivered within couple of days but I asked for few days later. Parcel arrived within time slot. Skateboard is exactly as described. Would not hesitate to recommend Proline Skates.”

“The buckle on my inlineskate broke in three weeks (the spring inside the buckle fell off) and I had to contact the via Email, Twitter and Instagram and they responded 1 month later. They've send me a new buckle and it wasn't even an original SEBA buckle, just some cheap one. The employee was unfriendly and didn't want to send me a buckle at first.”

“I ordered Ice skating, they send me roller skate. It was for my niece birthday present. the present was sent her address. So I couldn't open the box. When she opened the box she saw the wrong one. She was very upset :( I am going to complain now :(”
