“We recently ordered a slamm scooter for our son, it arrived on time and he loves it. The only thing I would say was after placing the order we received no xo formation email to inform us of you receiving the order or when we would receive it. The first correspondence was when the courier emailed letting us know it was out for delivery with DHL.”

“These replacement hand grips are just right, but were tricky to put on the scooter handlebars, so fortunately a young American on YouTube gave demonstrations of several ideas. Love him. I used the zip ties way and they went on a treat.”

“After not receiving my delivery today (saturday) I contacted Proline Skates to see what had happened. Shaun was extremely apologetic for the problem and went above and beyond to rectify this. He pinpointed the problem (out of hours) and again apologised for the mess up outside of his control. Still no delivery today but at least I got to the root of the problem and had excellent customer care and support. Kudos to Shaun.”

“Delivery was very quick and the ice skates that were received were riedell and are good quality. However they are a little big. I rang and asked for advice on sizing before purchase as I am a 5 and a half and I was told they run small and should definitely get a 6 but it seems although they are narrow they are long so I could really have got away with a 5. They will do fine for recreational skating.”

“Incredibly fast shipping. Ordered new figure skates on the Friday night and reecived them the following Tuesday. My only issue is that, despite being labelled as "pre-sharpened and ready for the ice", one blade was completely blunt and I did have to get them sharpened at my local ice rink before I could skate on them. All in all, however, my experience with Proline Skates has been great and I will be buying from here again in the future!”

“Very good service. Quick delivery. There was a problem with the colour of the skates which was sorted out in 3 working days. The only disadvantage is that they operate DPD in Ireland, and it gives a very short notice of the delivery time. I have purchased several pairs of ice and roller skates using this site for several years. Overall I would highly recommend it.”
