“Skates arrived promptly and I got what I ordered. However, I’m a little disappointed in the condition of the bubblegum rookie skates I received. There is some discolouration on the wheels. A slight brownish/ yellow fade on all the wheels. I realise this is only cosmetic snd the wheels will work fine but it is a Christmas gift for my daughter and I would have preferred it to be perfect. It is too close to Christmas to change my order so will have to keep them. Susan”

“Good products, good prices, good service. I did have an issue with the wrong size skates being despatched (the box I received was labelled correctly, but the skates inside were the wrong size). It was sorted out easily and quickly, with good communication from the customer service team - the replacement skates were despatched straight away and received promptly. Free DPD return label sent so I can return the original skates. Mistakes can be made, more importantly the problem was rectified efficiently and I am happy with the goods and service I received.”

“I got the skates in a very reasonable time just before a roller disco I wanted to to to so no big complaints really, only thing id say could be better is the wheels could and should come with a tool to put on the new ones as you pay enough for the wheels the least I could of got was a tool with it but other that that brilliant!”
