“I am actually Penny Eames, mother in law of Olivia, to whom I sent the two pairs of skates, that will be given to my two grandchildren for Christmas. The whole operation was smooth, efficient and successful. It was a very easy for me, living in the depths of Cornwall, to have them delivered (for free!) to my family in Solihull in the Midlands, for which I am very grateful. They were delivered on time, after a tracking update, from the time I ordered them, to the time they reached their destination. Very efficient. Keep up the good work!”

“Having made an error myself purchasing the same item twice I found them very helpful in rectifying the matter and refunding the money immediately for the duplicate order. Tracking was a bit of a nightmare as there had been no updates for 5 days and the item appeared, however, I appreciate that this was down to the carrier and to be fair the item was no that late in arriving.”

“Got my skates after a week and thats good since I live in Sweden. It´s always a little challenge dealing with the delivery since DHL want to deliver daytime when I´m at work. DHL is flexible to deliver at your workplace but since I work in Denmark its not possible to arrange. I ended up going to DHLs Branch picking up the skates there after work, but other then that I´m really happy about Proline Skates. Thank you guys!”

“Found a slightly smaller size setting fitted better than the size I expefcted to fit. Surprisingly easy to balance on. Just need to practice the rest of it. Generally really comfy. I find all the things to keep your feet in really reassuring and effective.”

“I was very impressed with the speed at which the scooter was delivered and the updates as to where my order was. This was very helpful due to my work schedule. I did though have an issue with the scooter which was for my sons 13th birthday. Upon using it for the first time the grip tape started to come away. Being away at the time as it got worse it forced us to have to buy some new within the first week. This is the only problem my son has had with the scooter and has enjoyed every minute of it.”

“Have yet to receive my order! If don't receive soon willing be taking recourse. Yea it arrived took a lot longer than my other out of country orders but my grandson was so excited since he recently got one for his birthday and someone promtly stole it. Thanks so much! His smile and hugs meant a lot! Thanhs again.”

This order was dispatched on the 11th. As you are from the USA it does take 6-10 Working days to deliver from us here in the UK.

“delivery couldn't be faulted exact time given and courier on time however I can not understand why stickers that could be delivered in an envelope have to be in a box at the cost of £2.99 .”

“Great communication and lots of emails tracking our delivery. However the only reason we didn't put very good is the scooter deck was delivered without a break, very disappointing to my youngster. Though a quick phone call and great customer service ensured it was corrected promptly and we received the break within 48 hours. My youngster very pleased with his purchase! Thank You!”
