“Ordered a headset for a christmas present over the weekend of 23 Dec on next day delivery. It turned up on Wednesday. I expected it to be despatched on Monday and received on Tuesday. This caused me a great deal of hassle as my office I had it posted to was closed for the afternoon so i had to pay extra to get it delivered before 10am. Luckily your delivery service you use could do that. Also, the set I had ordered was out of stock so you sent me an alternative. This was good, though I would have thought a phone call to tell me would have been better and ideally it should have informed me when I ordered it that you were out of stock. I realise it must be a mad rush at Xmas so all well that ends well.”

I ordered the skates on line and not only did they turn up within two days, but I also received tracking e-mails right up to telling me at what time of the day my order would be delivered. That was not something like AM or PM, it was actually 'between 11:30 and 12:40 today' and it was exact!!! We are very sorry you feel this way. Looking at your order and the e-mails to and from it looks like there was an error with your address where you had not supplied a house number which had caused the delay.
