“I made a purchase for my daughters Christmas present via Amazon on the 20th December with free delivery - not Prime, but free delivery. I was then contacted by the company on 23rd December asking had not received their messages via Amazon, stating that the item I ordered was not in stock but an alternative was available. On checking with the company about sizing, I ordered what was recommended to me - sizing up. The item arrived via DPD on Christmas Eve but was found to be too big on Christmas day so was sent back, in the mean time a size down was ordered directly from their website. I have been charged delivery for the original item which I was told would be expedited to arrive on time for Christmas, but I did not consent to being charged for this as it was meant to be free. On questioning this the individual hung up the call which I found to be bad customer service and completely unprofessional. I will not be ordering again and would not have bothered placing a second order had a know about how this company treats it customers. Even as of writing this 22/01/2025 14:27, the item is on Amazon with free delivery, not Prime, in the size 6 which I was advised to size up for, paying for expedited delivery which was then not refunded.”
