“We had some troubles as we were given the wrong exam paper and only when we were 20 mins into the exam was this flagged and a new paper issued. The session also began badly as one of the other attendees who had vomiting was told they wouldn't get their money back if they didn't attend so it made for a strange start to the session. Other than that it was fine”

Hi Katy, Thank you for your review. All feedback is appreciated, and when a delegate feels we have fallen short, we take it very seriously. Regarding the incorrect exam being given, this has been raised with the trainer to find out why this happened. With the unwell delegate, she has been moved to a new course free of charge. “First starting this course I felt apprehensive, Jon explained everything and how the course was going to be ran for the 3 days. This helped settle me straight away. Jon was very professional throughout and very patient. Due to none of us on the course ever done something like this before we did have some funny asnwers to hos questions. the interactivness of the course was brilliant, made everyone feel more settled and by the end of the day the whole group was feeling very confident. The whole course was well explained and ran to a high standard, and gladly I passed. Thank You”

“The course itself was very long and i seemed to lose concentration alot as half the stuff mentioned was rushed or not explained very well. Then here was 15 minutes revision where basically the answers were given to us. Overall I learnt a little but seemed a massive waste of time.”
