Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the course valuable. We understand that the length of the course can be challenging. The awarding body stipulates the learning hours for the courses. We also offer the E-learning course, which delegates can complete at their pace.

“Tutor was very good, but did not have work book to take notes I thought we would have had this prior to the course starting so writing for three days was not ideal for me.”

Hi Christine, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the tutor excellent but regret that the lack of a workbook affected your experience. Course materials are made available in advance via the IOSH online, and we encourage delegates to access them beforehand. I understand that my colleague Joanne guided you through this before the course started. Moving forward, we will email all delegates before their course start date with a step-by-step guide on downloading the workbook via the IOSH portal. Thank you for raising this with us.

“Postcode given for training centre does whole road and sends you the others end no name of training centre give so had to phone and ask for directions”

“Very professional, proactive, and supportive at the office. Very nice and helpful people! The trainer on the day, Martin also excellent. Will be booking the next courses with Project Skills, I hope I get the same tutor, but if not I feel confident that’ll I’ll get someone who’s also knowledgeable and enthusiastic. “This was a very good course and I came away with a really good knowledge of 'Managing Safely'. 3 days were pefrect for the amount of information required to learn . Our assesser Terry Green was excellent and interacted really well with the group throughout the course .”
