Hi Christine, We are sorry you feel this way - unfortunately due to the nature of our products our delivery costs reflect the fact that our goods have to be transported with ADR couriers and as a result we are limited to the couriers we can use so are stuck with the prices they charge. “Arrived on time, well packaged. We applied exactly as instructions said, and already noticed within days that the Marestail was dying off, which is good, but although this is supposed to be a non-selective weed killer it doesn't seem to be as efficient at all for common weeds such as : Dandelion (little effect), Creeping Charlie (ground ivy) (No effect at all), Common climbing ivy (No effect at all) Common Mallow (little effect), Brambles (very little effect). We used Kurtail exactly as suggested on the bottle and used the water softener as directed. We'll leave it a little while longer but I can imagine we'll be sourcing something else in the future. Bit disappointing to be honest as it's not a cheap product.”

“Great range of good value products. Website includes a host of useful information. Only had one problem over several years with a bag coming in unlabelled which we weren't comfortable using. Email reply received within 24 hours but unfortunately, it didn't solve our concern. Second suggestion....Would be nice to get a discount on delivery charges for orders with multiple products. Otherwise, all good.”

“Courier has caused £350 worth of damage to parcel delivery box! I rang Progreen to see if they could help as it was a nightmare trying to contact anyone at ups. Was told somebody would call me to help me out but they never did. I won't but from here again mainly because of the carrier!”

“Items that I ordered were packaged securely and arrived promptly. I made an error with my online order, later finding I already had one of the items. A phone call next morning enabled me to cancel that item and a full refund arrived in my bank account three days later - excellent service.”

“Ordering fine. Progreen service & website fine. But disastrous delivery experience (If you use the awful Parcelforce - and UPS for that matter - what do you expect?!) and, though Libby tried to help, still not complete as I write (and still haven't inspected one of the products delivered). Splitting delivery between couriers didn't help. Stayed in on several days to wait for couriers who never turned up.”

Unfortunately due to the nature of our goods we are very limited with the choice of couriers we are allowed to use so for products that are classed as "hazardous" they have to go with UPS and anything oversized tends to go with parcelforce.
