“Excellent service / delivery The suggested solution on their site for the dreaded Mares Tail seems to have worked, certainly the visible elements above the ground drooped then turned brown and crispy, it's the first weed killer solution which has made any impression. Hopefully the same is happening to the roots. Neighbouring gardeners were impressed and ordered some themselves.”

“Excellent product - used previously However company’s communication around delivery / product supply issues is shocking. After no delivery received we contacted customer services to be informed supply issues we’ll let you know ‘ This was extremely disappointing”

“Website was easy to navigate and place order, but dispatch and delivery took longer than expected and in light of that feel the handling fee and delivery costs were high. If I hadn’t of chased I don’t feel order would have been dealt with in a timely manner. On receipt of items. -pleased with items & products.”

“We have been looking for a weed killer to control meretails which is a very resilient weed and really hard to kill a Nieghbour recommended progreen as weed killer is specifically for meartails so glad we gave them a go weeds died off within a couple of days it was expensive but we have paid hundreds on other weed killers which never worked so happy we have found something that works”

“The product I purchased arrived very quickly but the instructions with it left me with a couple of queries as I was looking to treat a small garden area, the instructions were more geared to hectares of farms and 100-500 litres of water. Despite emailing in the queries three times and ringing the so called help line once (I think I just got an ansafone) - no-one ever replied. The only email contact was a message thanking me for getting in touch and that you hoped to respond within 7 days. Eventually I fathomed out the answers to my queries. So - very frustrated with the poor communication, happy with the product.”

“Recently purchased SBK Brushwood Killer 1L & KPlus 250ml Bundle to try to get rid of marestail. Unfortunately the delivery driver, for some unknown reason, tried to deliver this to the wrong address and it was then sent to a 'pick up point' miles away - not Progreens fault at all. When I eventually managed to get to speak to someone at the delivery company they said that there was nothing that they could do and I would have to travel 12 miles to collect it! I contacted Progreen by email and a huge thanks to Allison who sorted this out very efficiently - she was very apologetic and dispatched the order again. The good news is that I have treated the area with this product and the marestail is starting to wither away - hopefully a success”
