“Dealing with ProGreen. I have used ProGreen on various occasions and found them as a company to be very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with my particular weed problem. After placing an order it was delivered in secure packaging. The product bought was for the control of a weed called Mairstail . After following instructions this product appears to do the job for which it was bought for .”

“The website is easy to negotiate and I found what I wanted quickly. I did make a small mistake in not realising the prices were ex VAT. I don't know if it was my fault viewing on a mobile phone or not but not realising the prices were ex VAT did lead to some confusion on my part as to final cost. Now I know how the site is laid out I won't make the same mistake again. However, delivery was very fast and well packed I will use this site again.”

“Dicophar Useless My lawn is suffering from an infestation of sweet violet. Sprayed 200ml to 4litres water as per green keeper's instruction in the expectation there would be forced growth that would kill the plant. Left for 2 weeks, cut today, sweet violet still rampant. “I ordered Algo Clear Pro to clean my block paving. I have used it in the past to clear mty roof and patio slabs. It is one of the best on the market. The problem arose with the delivery via UPS. I walked into the office and saw the van disappearing down the road. He had turned around on my brothers drive but had not delivered there. At that point no picture was available of where he could posibly have left it so I contacted UPS via their claim form. After knocking on several doors I eventually located where the driver had delivered it to. All this problem could have been avoided if he had put a note through my letterbox. I have used Progreen for several years and this is the first time that I have had a problem”

“I (and my neighbour) have a severe problem of Horse (Mare's) tails in the garden in patios, flower beds and lawns, which slowly gets worse each year. Desparately seeking an answer, I came across the PROGREEN SBK/Water treatment. Not cheap, but I thought that if it is effective, it will be worth every penny! I duly ordered some and had a query on its use once it arrived a few days later. The technical team at PROGREEN picked up my call very quickly, gave me the information I needed straight away and also took the trouble to check out another 'weed' problem (about liverworts) I had and come back with advice after just a couple of minutes. Whlst it's still early days, the first treatment is already showing positive results! In these days of automated, and seemingly endless, telephone menus, it was so nice (i) to talk to an actual person and (ii) to have popmpt and friendly service (rather than being 'on hold' for ages(. Well done!”
