“Items that I ordered were packaged securely and arrived promptly. I made an error with my online order, later finding I already had one of the items. A phone call next morning enabled me to cancel that item and a full refund arrived in my bank account three days later - excellent service.”

“Ordering fine. Progreen service & website fine. But disastrous delivery experience (If you use the awful Parcelforce - and UPS for that matter - what do you expect?!) and, though Libby tried to help, still not complete as I write (and still haven't inspected one of the products delivered). Splitting delivery between couriers didn't help. Stayed in on several days to wait for couriers who never turned up.”

Hi Simon, We apologise that you have experiences these issues with your delivery. Unfortunately due to the nature of our goods we are very limited with the choice of couriers we are allowed to use so for products that are classed as "hazardous" they have to go with UPS and anything oversized tends to go with parcelforce. “Product ordered eventually arrived but my order was not initially acknowledged and I had to chase before things started to move. The delivery company used were not good. Ended up having to take 3 days away from work as they missed the first 2 delivery dates with no real explanation. The product eventually arrived and was as ordered.”
