The carriage charge was expensive. The carrier was not known until late in the transaction. UPS has not been good in the past but delivered as the documentation and actually got a driver who wanted to help out the heavy goods into my house. The weather and time of the year have not allowed the moss killer and sprayer be tried out. I have no doubt that Progreen will help restore two acres of weed and moss to lawn over the the coming months.

Ordering was easy, delivery reasonably prompt, with notifications from the carrier. Each if 6 bags was separately packed in a cuboidal cardboard box, not the easiest to carry especially as every box was broken. Probably better to label the plastic bags or pack each one in another bag the same shape and size for added protection. It's been far too wet to spread the calcifert yet

I purchased the Rodent Management Course. I did this because I preferred learning online at my own pace and I liked the idea of studying to fit in with my diary. Attending a course would have used up precious daylight hours and been more expensive. I had trouble paying for the course, but that was fault as where I live, we always leave a space in a postcode. When purchasing the course ensure that you print your postcode with no space. I contacted progreen and they pointed me in the right direction and offered to take the payment over the phone if I experienced further problems. It went through perfectly when I removed the space. The course itself - I found it informative. I have used rodenticide for many years and so much of the information was known to me, however, there were areas that I was unaware of. The good parts - Being able to study in my own time. The price. The ability to rewind and take in information again. Links throughout to find further information if required. The negative parts - The AI voice was a bit monotonous and I would have preferred it if sections were narrated by different voices, even if they were AI generated. Overall, the couse was ideal for what I wanted. It certainly gave me the information required to pass the exam. The exam - I have to say that I am more agriculture than computer and so my trials might not apply to those that are computer literate, however, here was my experience. I needed to have Google and only use Safari, but instruction was good and that was overcome without issues. GDPR was always very well explained. Microphone - easy. Camera - easy. Showing ID - easy. Sharing the screen was a pain in the proverbial. I ended up using a tip put forward on a review and although it wasn't perfect, it got me to a point that I could work it out for myself. I think the problem is that when you go into settings and drop down menus, different computers and different programmes use their own words/phrases. In all honesty setting up the shared screen was harder than the exam (for me as a computer numpty) As I am very familiar with using rodenticide, I felt very confident heading in to the exam, but I had rather a shock. I expected the questions to be primarily about getting the job done legally and safely. In my particular questions (I presume they are randomly generated) I had quite a few questions about the legal side and the various bodies that have control over the various areas of the job. Even a question such as in which order the country, date and product number are printed on a label. I am not particularly academic and I found the exam quite a challenge. The main thing is that I passed first time, I never had to take time off from manual work, the price was good, I am very happy and would use online training again.

Great range of good value products. Website includes a host of useful information. Only had one problem over several years with a bag coming in unlabelled which we weren't comfortable using. Email reply received within 24 hours but unfortunately, it didn't solve our concern. Second suggestion....Would be nice to get a discount on delivery charges for orders with multiple products. Otherwise, all good.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback - unfortunately due to the types of products we sell such as the weed killers, we can only use certain couriers who have increased prices to us as a company to transport these ADR goods. As a business we do not make profit off of our delivery costs and it all goes straight to the courier company! Hope this clears up why the prices for delivery are what they are ! The ProGreen Team

The package arrived wet, the SBK had leaked - faulty cap and poorly wrapped in a polythene bag that was not sealed properly. About a 1/4 was leaked. I emailed with photos and called the sales team and another was sent out to me. I have since used it on mares tail and it seems to be working!

Controls hard to kill weeds such as marestail and is easy to apply using a sprayer but diluting instructions could be clearer

Great products at good prices. However, dealing with UPS delivery service is letting you down...too many emails sent to me when my items were delayed....then two delivered when told it would be the following day and three items left at a local shop....

Despite Mare’s tail being a difficult weed to get rid of it’s amazing the difference since I started with Progreen. Solution is fairly easy to mix up ready for me to use with sprayer.

A good quality item, 16L is heavy enough for me. I should have had one of these knapsack sprayers years ago. Easy to assemble and operate. Quick delivery, price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this sprayer to anyone.

Service good and products. Contracted delivery service poor, many e mails changing delivery date. This causes problems to your customers who like me was expecting pesticides that need secured delivery to address, not just left in the porch. Happy wih pro green products and service which was spot on. Delivery 6 days from first e mail from courier.
