“The original order was lost. I was lied to to cover up. I then received about 24 separate emails from UPS about the delivery that took 10 day to be delivered.”

“Online ordering was easy. Product was delivered on time by UPS on expected date with confirmation e mails. The product (Depitox) was the cheapest I could find on line and delivery charge was not excessive.”

“Ordered my annual moss, algae and weed killer recently. Added a 25kg bag of Bonemeal for a change. I really wanted 50kg but the delivery charges for the extra 25kg were over £10. A bit steep when item cost is £21. Maybe they need to review delivery charging !!!”

“Service good and products. Contracted delivery service poor, many e mails changing delivery date. This causes problems to your customers who like me was expecting pesticides that need secured delivery to address, not just left in the porch. Happy wih pro green products and service which was spot on. Delivery 6 days from first e mail from courier.”
