“Ordered some chmical pumps from Progreens, the pumps were on back order but we were kept informed and the pumps were dispatched as soon asthey came back in stock. Quality product at a competitive price.”

“Had no problem with ProGreen but delivery by UPS was atrocious. First package (2 x 5L bottles) was damaged so delivery delayed until they got one new bottle from ProGreen. So delivery was then one leaking box with one full bottle and one half empty - contents at least partly in plastic bag within box - and a separate bot with one full bottle. This for a product that could cause skin irritation. Accidents do happen but delivering something in this state really not good enough.”

“This review is based on my latest experience with ProGreen - my order took over two weeks to arrive, during which time there was no communication from ProGreen and no response to an email sent requesting a delivery date. Payment of £800 was taken upfront, which I don’t mind if delivery is made in a reasonable timeframe. If awaiting stock this should be made clear on the website and payment taken upon despatch.”
