“Order a treadmill of ye a week 11 days ago and still haven't heard from your delivery team yet”

Hello Paddy, its Josh from ProForm Fitness. As you are based in Ireland, we do state in our delivery terms and conditions that the delivery lead times are 7 - 14 working days so that may be the reason why you may not have heard anything on the 11th day. I just want to thank you as well for your order and we hope you are enjoying your Treadmill.

“I paid an extra £89 for the installation and setup option. Unfortunately, the mechanic managed to cross-thread one of the pedals and left a transit wedge in place that slipped down inside the mechanism as soon as I started to pedal. Don't take it for granted that the bike is ready to ride. Apart from that, the bike appears to be everything I expected.”

“A great piece of kit. I bought this for my wife who has muscular problems and can sieze up at any time, so using a treadmill is a lot safer than pounding the streets. I have recently been using this also, and although I have never used a 'professional' treadmill I really like this. It's strong, sturdy and I can really feel the benefit of having the cushioned belt. I like the pre-programmed settings and everything is easy to hand. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to invest in a treadmill.”

Hello, I do apologise that you received your rowing machine with an incorrect manual and adaptor. It is a rare occurence that these things happen however I believe this has been rectified with our customer services providing the correct plug and adaptor. “Hmmm, the verdict is still out on this one. I'm pleased to say that customer support seems very responsive and extremely helpful (despite me having to use an 0845 number to report a product fault). However quality control on this SpaceSaver 700 elliptical trainer needs serious scrutiny. One of the stabilizing feet arrived out of the box completely mis-threaded requiring replacement as it was wrongly set at an angle that could cause floor damage, and within 2 minutes of first use error E2 was reported on the display - apparently the unit now need a new resistance motor! On the plus side, the space saving feature is fantastic and the unit (apart from electronics!) seems robust. Hopefully this was just a double dose of bad luck, but better quality control would prevent these time wasting excursions”

“I have had excellent service during the process of my order. I have been kept up to date at every stage of the delivery process and the person I spoke to was very helpful. When it came to the actual delivery I was informed to the hour when it would arrive. The staff who delivered the item were very personable.. Thank you.”

“The order and delivery process went smoothly, the bike was quite easy to assembly, and I have greatly enjoyed my initial rides (particularly those I have drawn up myself). Unfortunately, PROFORM did not include the activation number for the one year iFIT membership I purchased but after chasing this up with PROFORM, which got me nowhere, iFIT sorted the situation out immediately. Only issue with the bike, so far, is that the screw to fix the height of the handlebars is difficult to tighten and the handlebars wobble slightly as a result.”

Sadly at that point of time we did have a slight issue with our codes being sent to the customers via email however I'm glad iFit were able to rectify this. “The ordering process was easy however I wasn't made aware that I had the option to choose delivery with installation. The treadmill was delivered today with instructions to assemble it which looks like you need a degree in engineering to complete. It wasn't until I read the delivery options on the website that I realised I could have (and would have) paid extra for installation. I wish I had been aware at the time of placing the order, I don't think I will be able to assemble it myself!”

We try make the assembly of our machines as user friendly as possible with a clear precise manual and all the parts clearly marked which you can reference to the manual when you are building the machine. I can understand it can be quite daunting when you open the box to find multiple parts however we are always here to provide any guidance or help with any concerns you may have. I hope your assembly concern has been resolved and you are now enjoying your machine!
