“We purchased the Pro-Form 995i treadmill directly using the 0% finance available. The whole process was quick and easy to do and the treadmill arrived very quickly. The product itself was better than expected. It is a very sturdy machine with quick and easy start up (once you have built it). The building was a little tricky as the instructions were basic but between 2 of us we got it done within an hour. The oiperating instructions again are basic so we have only used it in maual mode so far, apparantly there is 30 onboard workouts if you want them. The speed and incine respond quickly which is brill if you are doing an interval session. We have had the machine for roughly a month now and had no problems but with the 2 year call out warranty and longer on the motor and frame we feel comfortable that it will last. I would fully recommend this product and Pro-Form”

“Very impressed with my proform. It links to an app via Bluetooth so I can monitor how well I am doing. It has a big comfy seat and is nice and quiet so I can watch tv or my iPad at the same time. My one slight peeve is that the resistance seems quite high compared to gym bikes. I have not got passed 1 yet although at the gym would be on 8-9. Good motivation to do more though!”

“Expected 2-3 day delivery but waited 9 days for delivery date. Paid for 2 man delivery to take upstairs but they needed 3 men. Disappointed they would not install equipment as I cannot! Still waiting for a further delivery date, had no contact from company since. Dreadful service.”

“The item arrived 7 days after placing the order via the web. During assembly all seemed to be going well, however I could not get the bolts to screw into the M8 locknuts. Being a keen DIY person I wrestled with the situation for a couple of hours finally realising that the bolts or nuts were faulty. I called Icon support the next day. I told them the exact name of the bolt and nut and the point in the assembly. The operative needed me to confirm the exact page and process as per instruction manual. I did not have it with me however did find a copy online and confirmed the step. I was told the parts would be sent to me and would take up to 5 days. When they arrived they only supplied the bolts and not the nuts. When I tried the new bolts - same problem i.e. It was the nuts that were faulty. Why was I not sent both. Anyway I popped to B&Q bought some nuts and hey presto all worked. I feel aggrieved that the nuts werent properly checked before delivery. Secondly I had to spend extra time identifying the exact step in the instructions and finally receiving half the parts. To add insult the parts received were not the faulty ones in that operation.”

“Excellent service and communication from start to finish. The sign of a good company is how they sort problems out. There was a slight problem with a couple of the bolts in the kit. I rang mid afternoon to report it, the replacements arrived in the post the next day. superfast turnround.”
