“Good company, easy to follow on the internet, quick response on sending your certificate overall i have not found any faults with this company, i have not had to make any claims so i cant comment on this side of company response thankfully. i have been with this company for a couple of years now they will also remind you when your insurance is due again.”

“I was unimpressed when additional unwanted products were added to the payment automatically, and had to be actively removed by me before proceeding. This sort of sleight of hand makes me less likely to use your company in future.”

“The service was good but the method of payment too restrictive. Surely arrangements can be made for internet banking and I object at having to use a personal credit/debit card on behalf of a company. Hopefully, next year I will be given the option to make a bank transfer direct from the company's account”

“Quick and easy to purchase cover. Good communication. Only comment would be that the Public Liability policy documents don't clearly indicate this cover and could be clearer. When I called to explain this, I was then sent a more clearly worded policy.”
