“The website was very easy to use. The questions were really simple to answer and the online quote was excellent. Certainly helped by the low commission charge as opposed to the £50.00 charge my local broker wanted for sending out a paper contract of £180.00.”

“I can only highly recommend PIA. “Greetings, Despite my not utilising the renewal form sent to me which led me to take out a more expensive policy, the staff at Professional Insurance Agents - and particularly Conor - reacted quickly to my plea to swap my policy for a renewal one provided by my old insurer. Dear John, We have looked into this matter and can see that you did not click the "renewal link" sent to you. We send the renewal link by email three times prior to your renewal date and also call you three times too, just to see if you need any help going through the renewal process. Instead, it appears that you obtained a quotation as a new business client on our website which is why you were unable to purchase cover from your existing insurer (they will not provide a new business quote if you confirm you are already insured with them). We can see that you have subsequently used your renewal link today (25/09/2015), obtained a renewal quotation from HCC and emailed us separately to request that cover for the Hiscox policy be cancelled and HCC incepted, which we have done. We trust this is a satisfactory outcome for you and if there is anything more we can do to help, please call on 01323 648000.
