“It was quick and easy to renew online. The only change I would make is to have the flexibility to change the date of renewal as I will be on holiday for a few weeks and don't need cover so would have been useful to put the renewal date back a couple of weeks.”

Hi James Thanks for your positive feedback. Please bear in mind that Professional Indemnity Insurance is underwritten on a claims made basis, therefore it is the policy in force at the time of a notification that would respond. If there is no policy in force there is no cover in place which is why we would not encourage or recommend our clients have a break, gap or not renew cover. Thanks, Professional Insurance Agents Ltd

“I note from the renewal schedule that the renewal premium for 2016/17 is £102.66. I have noticed that the actual amount charged against my Debit Card was £115.16p. I look forward to a credit for the difference, being £12.50p”

Dear Richard, Many thanks for your feedback. Please note that the £12.50 is in relation to the administration charge applied, which all clients are made aware of prior to the purchase of any policy. We provide information on administration charges prior to purchase in our “About Our Insurance Services” which is located on our website, at the quotation stage and included within the “i” button on the quote page. Thanks for your feedback although please note that we DO NOT ASK FOR a password. The only time you will be asked for a password during this process is when you make payment via Credit / Debit Card and your bank may then request your password

“I have used Professional Insurance agents for 6 years now. Thankfully I have not used their services to make a claim and therefore cannot comment on this aspect but with regard to the PII policies that I have purchased, I have consistently found their customer service to be good and their pricing to be very competitive. When my recent automatic renewal resulted in a greatly increased premium over last year, one of their staff (Conor Edwards) spent a fair amount of time finding a better quote manually.”

“Professional indemnity insurance provided a very competitive quote for my insurance needs. On renewal the company were in touch with me regarding my renewal date. This communication from the company was not "in your face" and allowed me the space and time to weight up alternative quotes from other insurers”
