“After some research I decided to get the Rubi system. Would liked to have had more advice from the person who took the order as I was not 100% certain and. I already has 5mm spacers from screwfix so I didn’t need the more expensive 5mm levelling system but I came to that conclusion myself. So overall I was happy but prefer to be advised more. What sort of service is that?
Issue resolved and the remainder of the order has now been delivered safely. Better communication would have negated the need for the initial review. Perhaps use a different courier?

“You need to improve the way to send the invoices. All the invoices pdf files are named "Invoice" it's a nightmare finding them.
Also the number of the invoice is not shown, only an order number assuming that is the invoice number.
A download portal would be very useful, if you don;t want to change the filename of invoices.”
