“You need to improve the way to send the invoices. All the invoices pdf files are named "Invoice" it's a nightmare finding them.
Also the number of the invoice is not shown, only an order number assuming that is the invoice number.
A download portal would be very useful, if you don;t want to change the filename of invoices.”

“They were helpful when I called to query something. Paid for next day and goods were delivered promptly and well packaged. The tile edging trim ordered was damaged in 2-3 places on a couple of lengths despite being placed in a tube.I suspect damage in warehouse and missed on QC check and not transit. Good job I over ordered a length. Would buy from them again.
Company reached out to me and gave credit note for damaged piece and would have replaced it sooner if I called them and needed it. Good service and they were really keen to make sure my project wasn’t delayed as a result. Things don’t always go right and the test is then on the service which was been really good here.
