“I needed expert commentary on a piece I was writing for a national newspaper. I was really pleased with the information and perspective provided (on phobia of childbirth). I would recommend Dr Spelman as she demonstrated a good understanding of the intended readership too.”

“I can not thank Dr Becky enough. As a Radio Producer it is very hard to find a Doctor who is not only knowledgeable but understands the audience and how to convey through audio with energy. We needed an expert on creativity and how you can enhance this, and help us understand how the brain works. “I had not caught the bus or tube in over a year and was getting more and more anxious by the day, about the thought of catching transport or entering into other unknown situations which I couldn't control. I found the clinic through google and within days I got to work with Dr Kannika who has been a perfect match for me. She is a very calm and patient person with great insight, who has helped me overcome my fear of the bus and tube within a few short weeks. I have been given tools and techniques to help me cope in any stressful situation going forward. Thank you Dr Kannika!”

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad the appointment with us was positive - however we apologise on this exceptional occasion that it took a while to get back to you. Some of our Psychiatrists were away and it took us longer than normal to find out their next availability as we wanted to offer something earlier than what was showing on our calendar, apologies again for the inconvenience.

“Becky is fantastic! We worked together over skype for around 8 months and she has revolutionised the way I approach problems. During this time Becky used a combination of CBT, psychoanalytic and other techniques, and we dealt with stress, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, parental relationships. Becky was able to be flexible in adapting to my needs on a week-by-week basis, and she played an integral part in me regaining my confidence and control of my life. Thanks a lot Becky!!”

“Although I had serious trepidation initially as I've never particularly been comfortable discussing anything personal with anyone, I was put at ease quite quickly and found it easy to open up. I think that by talking about things connected with my most recent difficulties and indeed about things that weren't obviously connected, I was able to create an awareness about myself that will help.me minimise any future recurrences .”

“Service was fantastic. Response to emails were dealt with effectively. Client referral was well completed and I found it very easy to pass on any worries/concerns to those I dealt with, receiving responses very quickly via email or on the phone.”
