“Jake was nothing short of superb! He was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient, as we had more than a few issues along the way. These were primarily caused by Kensington, who were particularly challenging over everything from start to finish, so my review of them will not be as favourable, but Private Finance service has gone above and beyond!”

“We really enjoyed working with Jacob at Private Finance to arrange a mortgage for our first house. We will confess that, when we first started, we weren't sure why a mortgage broker would be necessary when we could have applied directly through the bank. However, Jacob turned out to be an amazing help. The bank asked us a lot of detailed questions we weren't expecting, some of which had very complex answers, and Jacob helped us navigate them. He always responded promptly and was more than happy to answer all our questions. We would definitely recommend him!”

“Donny and Ross provided first class independent advice to enable us to successfully finance our rent house purchase. They secured very competitive rates and the flexibility we required to finance the whole transaction. “Our purchase nearly failed due to an extremely tight deadline given by the vendor with very short notice. Alex responded rapidly and offered informative advice in regards to our situation. “We were recommended Donovan Mawson by a friend who had secured several mortgages through him at Private Finance. We have not been disappointed. Although we had to go 'around the houses' at times, Donovan's hard work and calm and positive manner have secured us a very favourable deal. “We spoke with Ted Ward at Private Finance who sorted out our mortgage and it was an absolute pleasure having him work with us. He was able to update us multiple times throughout the process to notify us of a better mortgage deal throughout the house buying process which has helped us save hundreds of pounds. He was also always available for a quick phone call and answered any questions we had. Definitely would recommend his services to anyone!”
