“Outside of being great and simple through each step we also saved money from the mortgage offer we originally had! We were introduced to Conor C half way through a very time stringent application (4 weeks) and many changes from the seller. We honestly didn't think we'd get another acceptance through in time, but we received it today with ample time. The initial call was detailed but easy, the portal to upload documents simple and intuitive and the Conor thorough and friendly. I would definitely recommend.”

“Chris Sykes was our FA, and will be for many years, we are so glad we found him. We were trying to remortgage a btl property with lots of equity in it , but no other broker we had tried before Chris could find a way to remortgage the property and release our equity, Chris offered the solution very fast and even through it was complex and criteria needed to be matched , it all went very smoothly and the funds arrived today. Chris even found us a lawyer who was very efficient after our original lawyer went on a go slow. Well done Chris Sykes .”

“The whole team was very professional and good to work with. They took all the hassle out of a new mortgage you usually find with a high street lender. I never had to chase the bank because Private Finance was already on it and emailed me with regular updates. I would definitely recommend and have done with my son in law and his partner. I will be returning for them to change out buy to let mortgages”
