“Nathan and Jake were superb and helped me get the mortgage deals I needed to purchase a new home! It was exactly at the time of interest rates increasing but they managed to find great deals and stayed calm and very responsive and informative throughout the process. I’ve already recommended them to others and about to work with them again on a BTL remortgage.”

“Jenna Patel was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly to us. All our emails were responded quickly and things that need to be actioned on were all completed quickly. “I would highly recommend private finance. James McCudden was extremely helpful. He helped us secure our first mortgage and was in contact early in 2022 to get the remortgage sorted before we came to the end of our fixed term period. Given the massive rise in interest rates over the last 6 months this has saved us thousands. He was also very helpful with making sure it all got done and there were no issues. He really went above and beyond.”

“To begin with, Jenna has been working with us for months. We started off looking for brokers, we don’t have the best credit and PF was the first people we found but we kept looking to see. In the end we had stuck with Jenna. From about 6-7 months ago, we asked what we needed and what to do and from this time Jenna had advised us of all steps we needed and pushed right through to the end. We had a slight issue but Jenna rectified this imminently and proceeded until we go the offer of approval. Highly recommended, especially if you have bad credit or any issues with lenders/brokers in the past. Very efficient and patient right through until the end.”
