“Having approached a High Street bank and a local financial adviser I was told that neither could assist with the specific mortgage I required. A friend then put me in contact with Anuj, what can I say. He listened to what I wanted and within 10 days I had a confirmed offer. Four weeks from first contact I have remortgaged on a much lower rate with the ability to overpay should I require. Can't recommend this company enough, great service, always kept in contact and genuine interest in what I wanted.”

“Jenna from Private Finance was extremely helpful in finding me the best deal for my mortgage. After coming across a few hurdles along the way, she resolved the issues we experienced expeditiously and was helpful with any questions which I had. “Michael, Maniksha and Zain yet again provided a seamless service. Very quick initial advice on potential mortgage offers out there, super efficient application process, aided by the new upload platform, and constant monitoring of the application and then chasing solicitors to arrange funding. What is often a stressful process made simpler by the Private Finance Team. Life assurance advice and application process also seamless with Mark. Thanks again and look forward to working with you on the remortgage when it comes up! For anyone debating about using the team, it is well worth the fee and takes a lot of stress out of a significant part of the house buying process!”

“Simon and Conor were fantastic from start to finish, which was particularly important as I was not just remortgaging but also conveying the property to my name as part of a financial settlement. I just wish that I'd listened when Simon warned me about the delays and problems with free legals. However, Conor was fantastic at following up with the conveyancer and getting everything done in time. Great work and a great team so would highly recommend”

“Absolutely fantastic service - I would not hesitate to recommend Anuj in particular and Private Finance LImited in general for mortgages / remortgaging. In greater detail: 1) Communication - Anuj has kept us updated with developments, chased us with clear "to do" lists and kept in touch when there is nothing to report. He's an outstanding communicator and this was incredibly reassuring given the nature of the transaction he does not miss a beat 2) Our house was a tricky proposition for a mortgage as it had a granny annexe and a paddock - Anuj reassured us that it would not be a problem and it was not 3) Anuj has obtained us an excellent mortgage at a great rate 4) We came to Anuj for a second opinion as our previous broker at another firm said that it was not possible to get what we wanted - Anuj said it was and he was right 5) The service we received was incredibly quick and came with minimal stress - from application to an offer in only 13 working days 6) Anuj always had time to discuss when an occasional concern or issue arose. I have no prior connection to Anuj or Private Finance and only came across him/them from an online search and positive reviews here. Hopefully, my experience will be helpful to others.”

“I cannot recommend Private Finance enough! Anuj found me a great buy-to-let mortgage that perfectly suited my needs. Other mortgage advisors had told me a buy-to-let mortgage would be impossible whilst I was employed on a fixed term contract but Anuj busted that myth and sorted things out really quickly, allowing me to move out of my flat and on with my life. He is my go-to person for all future mortgage issues!”

“I contacted private finance to help me with my mortgage and I am so glad I did. I had Donovan who was dealing with my case and he updated me with what was happening with my case the whole time and any questions I had, he was happy to help and really did make the experience a lot more easier and less stressfull.
