“Alex and his team have organised two mortgages for us and we've had an excellent experience. He's been attentive, smart and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to secure us a last-minute offer in principle and was instrumental in our purchase of an FHL property. “I feel very lucky to have found Private Finance. From start to finish, Anuj was excellent. He took on my case with confidence and went the extra mile to ensure the best options available were on the table. Throughout the process, Anuj and Jayne were very responsive, turning around queries immediately each time, and providing updates in real time. Anuj patiently explained things to me, and I can honestly say that I not only walked away with a mortgage and house, but also useful knowledge about mortgages and financing in general! There were times in the process where deadlines were extremely tight, but this was never an issue for Anuj and co - they were excellent in getting things done in time and their confidence really settled my nerves as an inexperienced buyer. Highly recommend. I am already recommending Private Finance to any family or friends who are looking to buy. I will be using Private Finance again in the future - I could not imagine a better service.”

“PF have been absolute superstars. They have supported two different sets of mortgage needs for us in the space of six months. Firstly they secured a mortgage on our dream property, but which no high street lender would want to touch due to complex layout and the redevelopment needs. Secondly they secured a remortgage on a second property which secured valuable additional funds to support redevelopment of our first property. Ryan, Chelsi and team supported us through each and every step, were focussed on the details and carefully managed the relationship, with frequent communication. I couldn't recommend PF more highly. Thank you to the team and I would recommend to all.”

“Having approached a High Street bank and a local financial adviser I was told that neither could assist with the specific mortgage I required. A friend then put me in contact with Anuj, what can I say. He listened to what I wanted and within 10 days I had a confirmed offer. Four weeks from first contact I have remortgaged on a much lower rate with the ability to overpay should I require. Can't recommend this company enough, great service, always kept in contact and genuine interest in what I wanted.”
