“Great Service all round. Very Freindly, approachable and professional. Took away all of the hassle of applying for a Mortgage so there was never a need for us to deal with the mortgage company. Also, Private finance managed to secure a mortgage with a high street bank £400 a month cheaper than what we had been quoted direct with a different high street bank. We would highly recommend them. A massive thanks to Nathan Cole and his team.”

“Private Fiance I would definitely use again. Sean and Fraser were great and the service they provide was fantastic. They are easy to get hold of and talk to and if there is anything you don't understand they clearly explain things. “I am a small business owner and was trying to organise a mortgage with the bank myself. Everytime I talked to them I was told a different thing. I almost took a large dividend based on my last conversation with the bank, which would have had significant tax implications. I was talking a friend about this and he suggested I call Private Finance. They were brilliant, I saved a lot of money and ended up with a motgage that I did not know existed. I couldn't recommend them more.”

“Occasionally Mike was in meetings when we wanted to speak with him but we always had a good response from the rest of the team. “Michael and his team are very professional throughout my mortgage finding and application process. This is the second time I am using their service as the property I was going to purchase fell through first time around. I am a contractor without ILR yet Michael had found a suitable lender and completely understood my situation. I've not spoken to other mortgage brokers however I feel comfortable already knowing that they can help with my needs. Service by Maniksha has been outstanding... she went above and beyond in contacting the lender and my solicitor and always keeps me updated with the progress. “I am very impressed with Zain and Michael on helping solve what seemed an impossible task. They have restructured my portfolio and have not only saved me enormous costs in my monthly payments, but even raised more capital for me to invest further and help my son buy his first property!
