“Our Mortgage & Protection Consultant at Private Finance was Donovan Mawson. He is exceptional. We had a particularly challenging set of circumstances, where we had very recently changed from self-employed to employed income and needed to secure a mortgage for our all-time dream home (which had unexpectedly appeared on the market). Donovan knows his sector, was super knowledgeable on lenders and products available and talked us through the options and pros and cons of the different approaches for us to consider. I was very impressed at the level of research he did on an ongoing basis. You may think, 'why use a broker when you can go direct?', but I can honestly say we wouldn't have got there without him. Every step of the way, he supported us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And now I am typing this review from my all-time dream home!! Thank you, Donovan.”

“I would highly recommend Private Finance and specifically Chris Sykes who provided excellent and very fast advice on a mortgage application. Chris was able to set out our available options and make arrangements to prevent us incurring a significant early redemption charge. When we encountered some last minute delays with the bank's underwriters, Chris was able to use his contacts to speed up and resolve the issue, ensuring that our purchase could proceed without delay.”

“Private Finance's Ryan Garbett and his team with Maniksha Shah made possible what other companies could not achieve! Their work can only be described as utterly superb and the expertise which was brought to the complex situation was like no other. We remortgaged our Grade 2 listed property and acquired the adjacent one during these challenging Covid times and our unique circumstances. We were reassured throughout the process, guided and motivated when we almost gave up by Ryan every step of the way. His knowledge and prowess secured the historical properties and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
