“Sean recently helped me secure a large mortgage on a property in London as well as two remortgages on existing buy to let’s. It was a difficult case as the London property was in breach of planning. Sean guided me through the process and his persistence with the mortgage company paid off when the offer came through. I cannot thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone.”

“The advisors I worked with at Private Finance were professional and extremely helpful. “Professional, personable and efficient - Shaun supported us every step of the way in sourcing and securing our mortgage and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. He was open and honest about our options as well as being realistic to our needs as a family. Shaun liaised directly with both the estate agent and the mortgage company, saving us lots of time and energy which was fantastic. “We worked with Chris Sykes for the purchase of our house (mortgage + help to buy). He was absolutely fantastic in getting us great deals, completing the applications and getting us a decision from the bank in about a week! He kept us updated throughout the process.
