“Would like to extend a big thank you to Donovan and Ross for all their help and hard work in sorting us with our mortgage. It really took all stress out of the whole process knowing we were in their safe and capable hands. We were first-time buyers and their explanations were clear and concise. “Michael and Zain made everything simple and were transparent about the costs. As a “junior doctor”, getting a mortgage can be tricky due to the constant moving between posts but Michael was able to find a product that fit.”

“We were quite hesitant about paying a broker to find a mortgage for us, when there are comparison sites, plus brokers who don’t charge a fee. However, we’re glad we did, as it was worth every penny. We were kept up to date promptly at regular intervals - we didn't have to chase anything at any point. Whenever we emailed anything across, we got a reply straight away to show it had already been handled. Both Nathan and Jake provided a brilliant service and I’ve already recommended Private Finance to a friend who is looking for a property at the moment.”

“Private Finance, and in particular Fraser Titchen, were fantastic in finding a fairly complicated joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage for myself and my daughter. Fraser guided us through the process every step of the way and was always on hand to answer questions and sort out problems. He went above and beyond to help us and replied to phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and we can't thank him enough for all his help. I would certainly recommend Private Finance to anyone wanting to find a suitable mortgage particularly when the high street banks don't offer what you want.”

“Daniel & Maniksha basically salvaged our purchase after Santander reneged on our Mortgage in Principle once we'd had our offer accepted. Managed to approach lenders our previous broker hadn't and stayed on hand to offer help and support right through to completion. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!”
