“We received a superb level of service from Sean at Private Finance, over a very long two years in which we viewed over 100 properties, offered on 25+, and had several fall through. Sean was patient, professional, helpful and friendly throughout, and provided us with a very knowledgeable, calm and confident source of advice throughout the entire process. It is safe to say that without him, the entire process is unlikely to have been possible.”

“Thank you very much to Jake & Ryan for all their help & guidance is securing the finance we wanted, despite it not being a straight forward case. “Michelle has now been my mortgage broker for over 15yrs, and it's so reassuring to have that aspect of my finances 100% covered. She really came into her own with a recent refinancing, encouraging me to consider addressing it at the earliest opportunity, comprehensively laying out my options and highlighting the potential urgency of the situation. Given what has subsequently transpired in the rate environment, I'm absolutely delighted I listened and acted when I did. “Mike and Henry were brilliant in securing us our mortgage. We are two self-employed people which made the situation challenging, but their relationships with the lenders was clearly very strong, allowing us to satisfy our requirement. We’ll be back in touch with Mike without hesitation, at the end of our five year deal. I work in the financial advice industry and couldn’t recommend Mike and PF more highly !”

“London mortgage partners were very effective in securing me affordable mortgage for my right to buy property in central London. I was introduced to an agent called Ashton and he was what I called thorough in his approach, findings, research and communication was also on point. Thé finalising of the process was so efficient by the rest of his team that he handed over to finish. Overall definitely recommend their service and their expertise. “Firstly, Halcyon Griffiths at Private Finance (top man). I was able to reach him at short notice, and if not he would always respond as soon as he got back. I found him to be Polite, Professional, Helpful, Caring & Informative. All the qualities needed from an individual and also a Firm. Halcyon was able to converse with his peers if he needed further info to solve anything he was unsure of. I would definitely recommend Private Finance if or when someone asked if I knew a decent Firm for mortgage/remortgaging. I found the fees were also reasonable and was also impressed by the after care shown to me by Halcyon. I send a big “Thank You” to Halcyon, and all at Private Finance in helping me secure my re-mortgaging.”
