“Private Finance guided me through an otherwise impossible mortgage situation for a property purchase in the UK. “After returning to employment having worked as a full time volunteer for over 4 years I was concerned that I would not be able to get a mortgage or would have to pay extortionate interest rates. I was introduced to Simon at Private Finance who was able to arrange a fixed rate mortgage at an extremely competitive rate. “My wife and I are both retired and our income is a combination of pension and investment income which the High St banks affordability algorithms were unable to cope with. We had virtually given up on being able to remortgage until we were introduced to Shaun and Sean at Private Finance. “Jason Hall of Private Finance came highly recommended to me with a reputation for being able to secure refinancing for mortgages under unconventional circumstances. He did not disappoint, proving very close attention to detail, first class knowledge of the product options, and all done with a delightfully calming bedside manner. “I have been using Private Finance for all mortgage related matters for nearly 15yrs, and can't recommend them highly enough. They are able to provide a very broad range of alternative options across many borrowers - even in somewhat complex or unusual situations - and then efficiently help to arrange the financing, overseeing all the admin and keeping on top of it all.
